The Whitefish Trail is requesting quotations from interested contractors for parking lot and access road improvements near Del Rey Rd. at the head of Whitefish Lake. Specifications and guidelines will be available by September 12 at Whitefish Parks & Recreation Department at 510 Railway St., Whitefish, MT, or click here for parking/access specs & guidelines. Interested contractors are highly recommended to attend a scheduled site visit with Project Managers. The site visit will take place on Friday, September 14th at 3 p.m. The location is at the gravel pit on Del Rey Road ¼ mile past the turnoff for Upper Whitefish Lake. Quotations will be due by 5 p.m. on September 20th with work slated to begin as soon as possible thereafter, with a required completion date by October 19.
