As a multi-use, natural surface trail system open year-round, we have surprisingly few user conflicts. And we have our considerate community members to thank for that! However, there are sections of the Whitefish Trail that need a higher level of awareness and caution.
RIDE KIND: Bikers, be aware of your speed, especially on blind turns. Always SLOW when approaching a hiker or runner and say thank you if they let you by--it's common courtesy. HAVE FUN and not at the expense of others. We love all of our trails and all our users, and we want all user groups to have a positive trail experience.
