Whitefish Legacy Partners is proud to introduce the Whitefish Legacy Center, a permanent home for our organization and a welcoming gathering place where recreation, education, conservation, and community come together.

Located on a 35-acre property in the Beaver Lakes area, the Whitefish Legacy Center will serve as the new headquarters for Whitefish Legacy Partners, the future home of our outdoor education programs, and a new access point to the Whitefish Trail. More than a property, it is a long-term investment in the people, places, and experiences that define our community.

This past year marked a pivotal moment for Whitefish Legacy Partners as we took an important step toward securing that legacy. Through the acquisition of the former Whitefish Bike Retreat property, we created the foundation for the Whitefish Legacy Center, a permanent home that will strengthen our ability to serve the community for generations to come.
The property is surrounded by 1,520 acres of Montana School Trust Lands that our community helped conserve and protect in 2014. By securing this parcel, we prevented a proposed 90+ unit development and preserved an important gateway to open space, recreation, and outdoor education.
