Reid Sabin named as WLP's Board Chair

We are thrilled to announce that Reid Sabin has taken the helm of WLP's Board of Directors. Thank you to our past chair, Mike Jopek, for his extraordinary leadership and guidance and excitement to continue as a board member. Somer Treat is the Board vice chair, and Rachel Schmidt takes her place as secretary. Julie Baldridge remains as Board treasurer. Somer and Reid's leadership qualities complement each other, and Rachel who has worked under the governor as the Director of Outdoor Recreation brings a lot to the table. Julie has been on the board for over a decade and is an involved community philanthropist, locally and regionally. The Whitefish Pilot recently covered this leadership change while also highlighting our conservation and recreation efforts at Swift Creek and Smith Lake.
