Haley King, our Education Coordinator, and our WT Education programs were featured in a recent Whitefish Pilot article! The article highlights all the fun new programming Haley has created and her "great strides behind the scenes to ensure that programming is impactful, inclusive and efficient for years to come." Haley states, “The educational programs are just a means for people to come and experience it – to have those experiences where you can feel connected to the place that you live so that you appreciate it that much more.” The key, she said, "is to know proactively what people want, what would be beneficial, and how to help people do new things on the trail." One new program we are especially excited about is a new girls bike and swim camp for 11-14 year olds Haley piloted this year after getting direct feedback from teenage girls about a lack of female specific bike programs. Haley has already reached over 1500 people this year through field trips, community programs, and camps! We love feedback on our education programs, so check out the article and learn more about our offerings.

The article highlights how Whitefish Legacy Partners’ education coordinator Haley King has worked to make the Whitefish Trail an inclusive and engaging place for learning and community connection. By leading outdoor programs like wildflower walks, mushroom hunts, and biking clinics, she helps people of all ages feel welcome and excited to explore nature while gaining new skills and knowledge. For NZ’s Educational Art Services at Childrens Illustrators NZ, this story shows how creating inclusive, interactive learning experiences can inspire creativity and connection, much like how art education encourages learners to express themselves and build confidence through hands‑on projects.
What a wonderful story! It’s inspiring to see how dedicated efforts can make educational spaces more welcoming and inclusive for everyone. Whether someone is working to support community learning or preparing for a future in healthcare, clear communication and thoughtful presentation of experience really matter. For nursing applicants, working with perfect nursing personal statement writers can help ensure their motivation, clinical insight, and commitment to patient care are expressed clearly and convincingly in their applications. Thanks for sharing such a positive update!
It's great to see how education coordinators make learning spaces welcoming for everyone. I once worked with a professional thesis writer who helped me organize my research clearly, just like how good teachers help students understand complex topics. Making education accessible, whether on a trail or in writing, is so important for real connection.
