Whitefish Legacy Partners is requesting proposals on behalf of the City of Whitefish from interested contractors for Holbrook Overlook construction for the Summer of 2022. Holbrook Overlook is located 3.6 miles up the Big Mountain Road on USFS lands. Specifications and guidelines will be available by 8am Wednesday, April 20, at Whitefish City Hall at 418 E. Second St., Whitefish, MT, or online at www.whitefishlegacy.org.
Quotations will be due by 4:00pm on Tuesday May 10. Work is slated to begin in May and be complete by July.
Construction will be separated into three contracts: Trailhead Construction, Carpentry, and Landscaping. Proposals should be submitted to the Whitefish Parks & Recreation Department referencing Whitefish Trail Trailhead Construction or Whitefish Trail Carpentry or Whitefish Trail Landscaping.
