The Whitefish Trail is requesting quotations from interested contractors for trailhead construction on Beaver Lake Road near Whitefish. Specifications and guidelines are available at Whitefish Parks & Recreation Department at 510 Railway St., Whitefish, MT, or online at www.whitefishlegacy.org. Interested contractors will be required to attend a mandatory site visit with Project Construction Managers. The site visit will take place on Friday, July 29th at 9 a.m. and will meet on site. The location is 1.5 miles up Beaver Lake Rd. at the existing kiosk on state lands. Quotations will be due on August 5th with work slated to begin in early August, and an anticipated completion date of the end of August.
