The Whitefish Trail Committee is requesting sealed bids from interested contractors for trail construction in the Beaver Lakes North area during the spring and summer of 2011.
Specifications and guidelines are available at City of Whitefish Parks & Recreation Department office located at 510 Railway St., Whitefish, MT, or online at www.whitefishlegacy.org. Interested contractors will be required to attend a mandatory walk-through on Friday, May 13, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. Details on the tour are contained in the project specifications and guidelines.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 2pm on Friday, May 27, 2011. Sealed Bids should be delivered to City of Whitefish Parks and Recreation office, 510 Railway St. Whitefish, MT in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Beaver Lakes North Bid.” Work is slated to begin in early June. Bids will be opened at 2pm on Friday, May 27, 2011 at the City of Whitefish Parks and Recreation Office, 510 Railway St. Whitefish, MT. Trail work must be completed no later than July 29th, 2011.
