About the event

Come to Lion Mountain for an informative and interactive presentation on Cycle Physiology and how hormones work together to create the four parts of the menstrual cycle (follicular, ovulation, luteal, and menstruation). Whitefish Legacy Partners' Education Coordinator, Haley King--certified Fertility Awareness and Sexual Health Educator--will be leading this event.

With the four seasons as inspiration, we will utilize our understanding of Earth's natural cycles to connect us to our internal cycles. The menstrual cycle, often referred to as the 5th vital sign, can teach us valuable information about our overall health & wellness and personal patterns. This event is for anyone interested in cycle education, body literacy, and connecting with nature.

This event is free and and RSVPs are encouraged. Please RSVP for each member of your party and cancel if you change plans. NOTE: The presentation is catered to people with cycling bodies (ie. folks who have had or can have a menstrual cycle).

Accessibility: This event is accessible by wheelchairs that can travel on a wide dirt road. A car can also be driven to the learning pavilion during this event if there is not snow on the road.
